Design Construct Flooring completed a comprehensive healthcare flooring installation for the Whitsett Vision Group Medical Office Building (MOB) in Houston, Texas. The project included the installation of luxury vinyl plank (LVP), sheet vinyl, and carpet tile throughout patient areas, exam rooms, offices, and shared corridors, creating a modern and professional medical environment. The flooring design prioritized both functionality and patient comfort. In waiting rooms and lobbies, vinyl plank flooring was installed to deliver a warm, welcoming aesthetic that complements the facility’s interior design while withstanding heavy foot traffic. In clinical and laboratory areas, seamless sheet vinyl flooring provided a hygienic, easy-to-clean surface that supports infection control and long-term durability. Carpet tile was used in administrative offices and consultation rooms to reduce noise and add visual warmth for staff and patients.
