Design Construct Flooring completed a 3,000 square foot retail flooring installation for Rowan Piercing Studio, a national jewelry and piercing brand, at their Houston, Texas location. This project focused on delivering a high-performance retail flooring system that balanced aesthetics, durability, and comfort to support the brand’s upscale retail experience. The flooring scope included luxury vinyl plank (LVP) for the sales and customer lounge areas and porcelain tile flooring at the storefront entry and service areas. Vinyl plank was chosen for its warm appearance and low-maintenance durability, creating a comfortable environment for both customers and staff. Tile was installed at high-traffic entry zones and workstation areas to provide a long-lasting, scratch-resistant surface capable of handling continuous daily use. The flooring materials were carefully selected to align with Rowan’s national retail design standards, incorporating modern tones and clean finishes that highlight the brand’s signature aesthetic. All materials were installed using low-VOC adhesives and manufacturer-approved systems to ensure longevity and compliance with warranty standards.
